1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps 4. This large one bedroom property on the Sand Club Resort is fully double glazed throughout and boasts ceiling fans in the bedroom and lounge. A portable fan is also available for those hot summer nights. Plenty of hanging space is provided for all those ´holiday clothes´, along with iron and ironing board. The kitchen has a good range of utensils along with microwave, kettle, cool bag for keeping the drinks cool at the beach and a good selection of glasses from sangria to champagne. Hairdryer and hair straighteners are also provided. In the lounge there is a large wall unit with ample cupboard space for clothes for guests using the sofa bed. There are also videos provided, some also for young children. DVD´s and videos can be hired from the video rental shop at Wintergardens.

Sand Club is located in the south of the island and only a short distance from Reina Sofia Airport. Views of the links course, part of the 27 hole championship golf course on Golf del Sur can be seen from the apartment. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants, but still maintaining peaceful surroundings for those opting for a quieter holiday. The beautiful fishing village of Los Abrigos is only a 20 minute stroll away or a short taxi ride. The buzzing nightlife of Las Americas and the shops at Los Cristianos are a twenty minute drive away.
